Email is best. Send a private link to your roughs and a short brief, I’ll reply with next steps, timeline, and a proposal. If it helps, you can also book a short call.

Music project, what to send:

• artist name and project title

• track count, rough duration

• reference tracks (2 to 3)

• release date or deadline

• what you want help with (mixing, mastering, both)

• any mix notes, concerns, must keep moments

Screen project, what to send:

• project type (film, doco, branded)

• deliverables needed (stereo, stems, M&E, cue splits)

• deadline and approval process

• reference scenes or reference sound

• links to picture lock version and audio assets

Access preferences (optional):

If there is anything that would make collaboration easier, for example written updates only, no phone calls, extra time between revisions, plain-English summaries, or preferred pronouns, you are welcome to include it in your email. No explanation needed.
